DAIRY PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING AUTOMATION
There are many robotic applications that we have provide for the dairy sector. From milk briks packaged in wrap-around boxes, to yogurts, through to the handling of empty containers that will be filled with dairy products.
The great diversity of products and containers of different shapes and sizes, makes it necessary to have a flexible automation, such as that provided by the robotic installations we design.
We have already successfully installed systmes for box or tray filling and palletizing for products like milk, yogurt, cheese or ice cream.
The low temperatures at work with some of these products are not a problem.
The materials used, the food grade grease, clean design and a high index of protection allow to work properly under the conditions of a food manufacturing environment.
