PALLETIZING OF WATER BOTTLES
This liquid can be packed in different formats.
There are bottles of different capacities so the smartest solution is a flexible system capable of manipulating all references without making slow mechanical adjustments.
A 4 axis robot is in charge of the automation of the palletizing of water-filled bottles. It has a gripper that allows manipulation of bottle rows. The system also has automatic management of the input of empty pallets and the exit of the completed pallets. It is also capable of placing anti-slip cardboard separators between layers of mineral water bottles.
