We have solutions with different levels of automation that adapt to each type of customer and product.
All of them are equipped with our offline path calculation software.
The cell operator does not need to program any point in the robot control.
All the necessary parameters can be entered from our touch screen:
- Dimensions of the tubes.
- Position and angle for the connection of each sleeve.
- Welding parameters.
- Fine adjustments of the trajectory calculated by the software.
The cell control computer will manage the tube feeding, length and diameter measurement, calculation of the intersection between tubes, cutting and joining if necessary, drilling of the tubes and welding of the sleeves in the desired location.
