Training in Kawasaki Robot Programming
23/03/2018As part of a final production line, at Inser Robótica we also integrate very high-speed robots that are responsible for the handling of very light weight products.
From primary products such as fruit or vegetables, to slippery fish and shellfish, to cheeses, sausages and sliced or unpackaged meat.
In this video we show you how a simulation made by our budget engineers becomes a reality.
The cycle times may vary depending on the weight, size and shape of the product, as well as the distance travelled and the robot used.
In this case, a SCARA-type robot is responsible for automatic alignment.
The picking, leaving and back to the capture point process is done in cycle times that vary between 0.6 to 0.9 seconds.
After the alignment, the packaging of the product is made, before its palletizing for storage prior to shipment to the final customer.
We have robotic handling solutions based on Scara, delta or anthropomorphic robots.
