AUTOMATION IN THE METAL PACKAGING SECTOR

We automate the palletising of products as different as thin cans, aerosols, or large drums and barrels.

We design the most suitable solution to efficiently palletise the containers. These containers are often filled with foodstuffs, so they must be handled with care, while maintaining the quality of the surface treatment that protects them.

Due to the high speeds at which they are manufactured, the palletising of metal containers is carried out in complete layers.

To do this, the containers are grouped together and then captured using different grippers:

- Magnetic gripper, which allows very fast gripping and very low maintenance.

- Multi-vented suction gripper, for non-ferromagnetic products.

- Mechanically operated gripper for drums, barrels or aerosols.
