For more than 25 years we have made the first robotized cells in the wine sector. We started providing robotized palletizing systems of boxes full of bottles and we have continued to develop solutions that allow us to fully automate the end of line.

We provide solutions capable of performing tasks such as:
- Depalletizing the empty bottles.
- Transporting the bottles to a filler, capper or labeller.
- Performing the quality inspection of each bottle.
- Forming the cardboard box with a traditional robot or carton erecting machine.
- Inserting bottles in cartons or plastic trays.
- Grouping and palletizing those boxes.
- Labelling the completed pallet.

FLEXIBLE BOX FILLING OF BOTTLES

We have recently developed a solution to the problem of production loss due to the reference changes.
Our robotic box filling system meets the characteristics of a classic case packer, adding the advantage of its great flexibility.
The use of an industrial robot and a gripper with multiple servos, allows to adapt immediately to the new format selected.

B1 CARTON FORMATION AND FILLING. BAG IN BOX. BiB.

We have robot-assisted box forming solutions, for B1 boxes. Otherwise known as American box.
It is an option that takes full advantage of the floor space. Only one robot is able to perform the task of forming the box and filling it with the product. In addition to the palletizing once closed.
In these examples, American boxes are filled with Bag in Box boxes containing wine, but we can fill boxes with almost any product.

PALLETIZING OF BOXES FULL OF WINE BOTTLES.

Simple but very effective robotic palletizing cell to automate your end of line wine production.
It consists of a palletizing robot Kawasaki RD80, a conveyor of entrance of boxes, another of exit of complete pallets, a warehouse of empty pallets and a wrapping machine.
The palletizing robot itself takes care of the placement of empty pallets in the palletizing position.

WINE BOTTLE WASHING AUTOMATION

In this case, we automate the depalletizing of plastic boxes containing empty returnable bottles, the extraction of the plastic box containing it and afterwards, it filling with wine.
