Palletising paint buckets
In this example, the system must be able to palletise several references with the same robot, so we have designed a gripper that gives the robot versatility.
It is therefore capable of handling both "classic" buckets with a circular or oval shape and cardboard boxes from two different production lines.
As the paint buckets have handles, we have installed two handle orientation systems to guarantee the same position for all the buckets.
In order to position the different references at the picking point, a centring system with custom-made cradles is used.

Forming and filling of boxes with buckets of paint.
This cell basically consists of four elements:
- Youngsun CF-20TX case erector.
- Youngsun FJ-3A case sealer.
- Gantry type case packing device with 2 Siemens servomotors and interchangeable vacuum modules to work with different references designed by Inser Robótica.
- Transport and dosing system for boxes and buckets.
