AI DEPALLETIZER.

Automatic depalletising of boxes and parcels.

The optimal solution for depalletizing assorted products.

Designed to automate product distribution processes in multi-reference product reception centres, our depalletiser integrates 3D artificial vision equipment and Artificial Intelligence algorithms to decide the most appropriate way to extract each box or package from the pallet.

The development of this product has focused on achieving high reliability and autonomy regardless of the type of product to be depalletised, achieving the fastest possible decision making for each box, optimising each path to the maximum and allowing the integration of robots of any brand, range or load capacity.

It is applicable both to 100% heterogeneous depalletising operations with random SKUs without predetermined position, and to the depalletising of semi-structured assemblies with single-reference products.

It can be configured both with a camera on board the robot and with a fixed camera, which allows greater productivity as the photography and decision making is carried out while the robot is unloading the pre-package.

It can be used as a stand-alone system or as part of a fully automated line for the reception and distribution of boxes and packages. In this video you can see our integrated demonstration cell on a Universal Robots collaborative robot receiving and depalletising a pallet full of randomly mixed and stacked boxes.

Integrated Universal Depalletising Software.

It integrates a software and hardware package capable of analysing the information obtained by the vision cameras and interpreting it using Artificial Intelligence algorithms.

Thanks to the intelligence that the system has been equipped with, it will continue to learn to recognise new boxes or packages on an ongoing basis.

Totally heterogeneous pallets. Mixed SKUs.

A heterogeneous set is one that contains mixed products of any type and size within the same container.

Unloading boxes of different SKUs is no longer a problem thanks to the perfect integration of a software and hardware package capable of analysing the information obtained by the vision cameras and interpreting it using Artificial Intelligence algorithms.

Semi-structured monoreference pallets. Unique SKUs.

We call a semi-structured set a set made up of known packages or boxes but with variations in their location or dimensions. In these cases, the system provides an increase in the precision and reliability of the process.

It is already being applied in the improvement of depalletising processes for sacks, cardboard boxes and KLT-type plastic crates.

Ultra-fast start-up.

The system is delivered fully trained with thousands of boxes, so it is ready from the moment of installation to automatically unload any product within reach.

With our standard version, the physical installation can be completed in just a few hours thanks to its self-supporting structure.

3D camera on board the robot.

If the work rate allows it, we integrate the 3D camera together with the product capture tool. This concept allows several depalletising stations to be serviced using the same camera.

The robot will stop on the pallet after each depalletisation to take an image, so there is a loss of productivity that is solved by placing fixed cameras with greater range and resolution.

Static 3D vision cameras.

So that the robot can devote 100% of its time to the depalletising task, the camera can take the image while the robot is unloading products.

The high-speed acquisition of the point cloud is ideal for increasing productivity, even allowing multi-robot integration.

Multi-brand robot compatibility.

The software development has already been tested and is compatible with the main brands of industrial robots such as Kawasaki, Fanuc, ABB, Kuka or Yaskawa.

The choice of one model or another will be determined by its range, load capacity or the availability of stock at the time of purchase.

Collaborative option.

Collaborative robots or cobots include a number of safety features that combine hardware and software to allow them to operate safely alongside people without the need for a complete perimeter enclosure.

It is possible to increase their reach with lifting columns at a low cost. Our solution is designed for use with the most recognised brands: Omron - Universal Robots - Fanuc.

Powerful processor for AI applications.

The equipment has all the processing power required for this type of machine learning application.

Excellent code optimisation ensures 24/7 use of the processor without risk to its operational integrity.

What makes AI Depalletizer stand out from other options?

Freedom of use, optimised reach and trajectories, high productivity.

- Solution compatible with all the leading brands of robots on the market.
- Artificial intelligence with unlimited learning of new references.
- Possibility of multi-camera and multi-robot integration.
- Ultra-fast start-up.
- Lightweight vacuum gripper with maximum load capacity.
- Compatibility with standard IR-IoT data capture platform.
- Calibration wizard included for future upgrades or camera replacement.
- Easy accessibility thanks to the Renting and Pay-per-Use (Robot as a Service) options.

Identification of unloaded references.

As an option, and depending on the required productivity, we integrate single or multi-camera equipment capable of reading and automatically communicating to the ERP or WMS to guarantee perfect traceability and coordination of the entire process.

Other applications of this technology.

It is also possible to use the development for products that are not boxes or postal packages and are so close together that visual separation is difficult.

The solution provides the necessary precision to be able to pick up all the parts that are within reach, whether they are boxes, sacks or KLT containers, among others.

Renting and Pay-per-use options.
To facilitate access to SMEs or companies with seasonal production.

We have eliminated all barriers to access to this technology, offering two alternatives to the usual acquisition in property.

- Renting. With a fixed monthly cost to support you when you need it most.

- Robot as a Service or Pay Per Use. Thanks to the connectivity integrated in the system, you can pay only for the boxes that are palletised with the robot.

Both options include the preventive and corrective maintenance recommended by the brands so you don't have to worry about anything else.

No high initial investment - Operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
