In 2017, the Inser Robótica service department was renamed Inser Services and began to carry out new tasks in addition to those focused on robot maintenance.

The Inser Services workforce has doubled, incorporating both highly experienced engineers in the world of automation, as well as young people with few years of experience but with a great capacity for learning.

Inser Services is now able to design and implement small robotic cells such as compact palletising cells or those related to collaborative robotics, artificial vision, mobile robotics and process monitoring, integrating the IiOT platform developed in 2019.

In order to offer a close service despite the geographical distance, we have a remote connection tool included in all our installations that allows us to visualise and make any programming changes to the robots and automatons installed. It is called SICOR.

OFFICIAL TECHNICAL SERVICE FOR KAWASAKI ROBOTICS

We are integrators and the official technical service of Kawasaki Robotics since before it changed its name.
We installed the first Unimate robot in Europe in the 1980s. A few years later, Kawasaki opened its headquarters K.R.G. in Neuss, Germany, in order to offer a service closer to European distributors.
Since then, we have continued to program and repair these powerful multipurpose industrial robots.

OFFICIAL TECHNICAL SERVICE FOR PANASONIC ROBOTICS

Our track record with Panasonic has the same antiquity.
In this case, we have always used these robots to weld.
Although it is also a multipurpose robot, its welding facet is the most outstanding. It is the only robot on the market that integrates arm and welding machine into a single machine.
The TAWERS series "The Arc Welding Robot System", which is already in its third generation, offers unprecedented flexibility in these types of applications.

FANUC ROBOTS INTEGRATOR

Fanuc Robotics is probably the brand of industrial robots with a greater range of products and an image recognized worldwide thanks to its corporate color.
We started working with this brand in 2012, integrating 7 robots in Brazil and since then we continue choosing this brand when our clients require it. We have tested both its palletizing capability and its welding performance, coupled with Lincoln welding machines.

We carry out the preventive maintenance recommended by the brand to the Fanuc robots installed by Inser Robotica.
