Automatic solution for classification, handling and grouping of mussels and other bivalves.
In this case, each mussel is photographed and classified by size, discarding damaged mussels, algae and other foreign materials.
Several in-line delta robots take each of the mussels and place them on the chosen packaging system. It can be a mesh or vacuum bag to improve their conservation.
The speed and reliability of the process are key for the product to arrive in the best possible conditions for the final customer.
The video shows tests carried out in our facilities, using open mussels, and closed mussels.
